Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions, timeframes, and methods applicable to refund requests for advisory consultation services provided by LILLY MAE CONSULTING LIMITED.
1. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment or booking confirmation.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review unless required under applicable consumer protection regulations.
2. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
• The consultation has not yet taken place
• The service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• A duplicate payment has been made
• The service cannot be delivered due to operational reasons
3. Completed Service Policy
Once a consultation has been delivered, including verbal advisory sessions or written summaries, the service is considered fully completed and is generally non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund due to reserved scheduling time.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in the customer’s account.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Supported refund methods include:
• Original card payment reversal (Stripe payment method)
• Bank transfer refund (if originally paid via invoice)
• Alternative refund arrangement where the original method is unavailable
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Consultation has already been delivered
• Client fails to attend the scheduled session
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after service delivery
• No response from client within 14 days after booking confirmation
8. Digital Deliverables
Any written summaries, advisory notes, or consultation documents are considered part of the completed service once delivered and are non-refundable.
9. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted via our official contact email. Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with this policy.
Response time for refund requests is typically within 3–5 business days.
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.
